Website This summer, I was invited to give both a talk and performance at SONAR Music Festival in Barcelona Spain in June 2025. Honestly, one of my highlight activities from 2025.

I had the opportunity to meet some of my idols in person, including the legendary Max Cooper, Daito Manabe and Alva Noto. These artists inspire my approach to electronic music and visuals - it means a lot to be on the same roster as them! SONAR DAY was also my first time playing on a stage this big. To see my music from Thailand connect with audiences in Spain and Europe was a magical moment indeed.

Invited Artist Talk
at SONAR+D 2025

For SONAR+D, I gave a talk entitled “Lemongrass and Bass: a Thai Receipe for Music AI” which deep dives into how I use melodies, tunings, rhythms and rituals from Thai music to inform my approach to Generative AI. I talked about how approach classical Thai music with respect and re-imagination, and also combined the talk with a hybrid live performance which the audience was very into!

Live Audio-Visual Set
at SONAR 2025

I recently brough a tour-de-force of original Electronic Thai Bass Music and bespoke projections rooted in หนังใหญ Thai Shadow Theater to my live audio-visual performance at SONAR 2025. 

The show took listeners in SonarHall, the biggest stage in the SONAR DAY lineup,  on a musical journey through thumping beats anchored in Thai classical rhythm and dance cycles. The ethereal melodies from instruments both real and imagined were written exclusively in Thai tuning systems instead of Western equal-tempered tuning. 

The showcase was the culmination of many years of exploration with a home-grown team of Thailand-based choreographers, dancers and designers alongside international friends and artists.
